Hello.When all else fails, use dvd shrink -freeware - I have several of the high priced dvd copiers.1click pro,dvd cloner 111, and CloneDVD 11. When all else fails, I use DVD Shrink and get perfect copies, even with a 50% compression.Also if you have a burner on your drive (who doesn't) It will print the copy and save the file until you delete it.
